Just pictures...

This stuffed moose is about 6 feet tall. I named him Marty.
New guard (in black) being relieved by old guard (in blue)

Whole regiment of new royal guard.

Entrance into the courtyard on horseback. There were 3 colors of horses too. Black, brown, and white.

I don't actually know what this building is but it's adjacent to the Royal Palace so it must be important. I'm thinking capital building.

Statue at the rear of the Royal Palace of Gustav I.

Royal Courtyard. The palace is guarded 24 hours a day and there are 3 guards at this courtyard alone. This is the official entrance to the palace.

Sailing the Archipelago.

The river walk. Our hotel is directly behind these buildings and a block to the left.

A castle protecting the harbor.
Houses on some of the islands of the archipelago.
The Vasa Museum from the outside. To be continued at a later date.
A permanent fountain on the way out to the Baltic Sea. The fountain signifies God releasing starts into the universe.
The Maritime museum from the harbor.
The Old Town church steeple at night.
The Saluhall market around the corner from the hotel.
The 350 year old church.

Inside the church.
The streets of Stockholm. About 4 blocks from the hotel.
The Grand Hotel (left) and the Radisson SAS (right).
The Stockholm Theater.
Saluhall market from the outside.
the riverwalk with the Maritime museum and Vasu museum in the distance.
